StaticSmart Environments Division

Julie Industries, Inc., a leading supplier of static control flooring products, now offers a total ESD flooring plan. The expansion of Julie’s StaticSmart™ flooring division was initiated with their takeover of the UTP carpet and polymer lines.
Julie Industries, Inc. recently expanded their StaticSmart ESD Environments division, a development initiated in 2001 with the takeover of the United Technical Products (UTP) carpet and polymer lines. Before the acquisition, Julie supplied UTP with static control products and ESD test equipment. A smooth transition between operations enabled Julie to maintain all of UTP’s former supply lines and retain the company’s key personnel. Engineering management, customer service, quality control, order fulfillment, logistics — the key players are all with Julie now, helping us to better serve you.
In addition to its manufacturing operation, Julie negotiated strategic supply agreements with manufacturers and raw materials suppliers around the world to produce best-ofclass ESD flooring products at highly competitive price points. These long-term agreements eliminate performance and aesthetic problems such as dye lot variation, color matching, specification consistency and compliance with ESD standards. Julie’s full line of static control flooring includes ESD carpet and epoxy, as well as an outstanding ESD rubber and the best looking, most competitively priced vinyl tile on the market today.

Julie’s Total ESD Floor Plan is designed to integrate the ESD floor into the workplace. When recommending a floor, Julie representatives evaluate all aspects of the job, then offer best-solution advice based on the specifics of the application, taking into account the company’s individual needs. Julie also provides online assistance in understanding the performance
parameters of conductive, dissipative and antistatic floors and ESD carpet, and assists clients with the selection and installation of the various conductive adhesives. In addition, Julie educates architects and engineers, informing them of the latest ESD concerns and specifications.
